THIS IS WHY YOU NEED A LINKEDIN COMPANY PAGE
Firstly I think it’s worth mentioning, nobody cares about your company, products or services, and this is evidenced by the engagement on the content on your company LinkedIn page (if you have one).
You know what I mean: sub 1% engagement means that nobody really cares about your content. In contrast, content published by individuals gets up to 1000% more engagement – this means that people care more about other people’s content, but we know this, and I digress…
YOUR LINKEDIN COMPANY PAGE HAS VALUE.
Do these 4 things:
- Point your employees to the content that lives here to re-purpose and contextualize for their tribe of connections. (#employeeadvocacy & #influencermarketing )
- Your company page provides credibility for your prospective clients and employees. Would you “trust” a company today that doesn’t have a website? Same is true for LinkedIn pages these days.
- Publish helpful, insightful, relevant content on your company page, and make sure that prospects can find your website address in the “about” section – because this is where they CAN buy from you.
- Lastly, publish a company LinkedIn page so that your employees have a real company to link themselves to on the platform.
If you’re responsible for digital or social at your company, then start here, and get your online “real estate” sorted.
